New Covid-19 Protocols

 We are so excited to be able to serve you again!!! 

We have been cleaning and updating the salon for you and can’t wait to have you in it! There are a few new things to do/keep in mind for your next appointment as required by the State of Oregon and our liability insurance to help keep both you and ourselves safe and ask that you help us out by abiding by these new protocols. 


-A COVID-19 intake/waiver will be emailed to you the day before and required to be filled out the day of your appointment prior to the beginning of each appointment.

 

-Please stay in your car and text us upon arrival. We will let you know when you can come in. If this is not an option for you, please wait patiently outside of our front door until asked to come in. We will open and close all doors for you to lessen what we have to clean before we can start your appointment. If the door is already open (for air, for another client) please do not enter without consent. 


-No additional guests are allowed (includes kids, animals, parents, friends, etc). 


-We ask you to bring in only what is absolutely necessary (credit card, car key). Please refrain from bringing in purses, wallets, additional items. 


-No cell phones will be allowed in service area. Please keep in car or pocket. Pictures can be texted to us beforehand if needed for us to pull up on our sanitized phone. 


-Please put on a face mask before entering the salon, no exceptions. If you are receiving a service that isn’t conducive to a mask (lip or chin wax, facial, etc.), please wear your mask in and out of treatment until asked to remove. We also request that you don’t talk during these treatments. 


-No walk-ins allowed for any reason. Appointments are necessary for services and product purchases/pick up.  


-We are waiving cancellation fees due to sickness for the time being, although please be courteous and give us as much time as possible to reschedule your appointment. Please don’t come into the studio if you are experiencing any symptoms or are under any quarantines (self or otherwise) due to travel or exposure. Please be assured that we will do the same. For you, it is one missed appointment; if we get sick, it can be a loss of days or weeks of pay. Both of us have high risk persons that we go home to at night, please help us keep them safe.  


-We have had to increase our service prices to reflect the extra time and materials to keep up with the new guidelines. We appreciate your ongoing patronage and support. 


-Some of the things we are doing/did for you to keep your experience safe and comfortable: taking a 15 minute break between each appointment to fully sanitize the space, wearing a fresh smock for each client, washing our hands between each client, not reusing anything that can’t be sanitized, removing all non sanitizable furniture and accessories, replacing service items (water, coffee, tea, wine) with single serve items, and much much more.
